Get To Know Me And My Story In 5 Minutes
My name is Michael Hecker and I was born in Milwaukee, WI.
Growing up in Milwaukee, I specifically remember that we lived super close to my grandma and cousins.
I feel like every holiday, half holiday, or any excuse for us to get together we did.
But then one day my parents told me we were moving.
And I wasn’t happy.
I was going to miss all my friends!
Stepping into 1st grade is when we moved to Brookfield and...
Once I made a few new friends I was happy again.
Happy or not...
It was a great move that set up the rest of future.
Two important things happened when we moved:
1) I noticed we lived in a nicer part of town
2) I had to start a new group of friends.
These two pieces simultaneously,
Yet in different ways...
Created the drive in me that I have still to this day.
Lets start with point #2 first.
I was always a smiling, happy kid but...
Kids are mean and don’t always respond to niceness, right?
Well, I developed many friendships but I can honestly say I wasn’t often anyone’s BEST friend.
Yes, I had friends.
Yes, I had a great time in school.
But I remember a specific moment in high school that undeniably shaped my life forever.
My brother asked me, “Its Friday night, why aren’t you out with friends?”
I looked at him...
Gave a half answer and...
Went back to playing my video games and eating my Gardettos.
My favorite games were always where you could create a character…
And as the character “leveled up” you’d gain a new skill, or power.
Those are still my favorite type of movies too.
Anyways, back to the story…
Shortly thereafter I noticed all the “cool guys” played golf.
I made the quiet, internal Decision (yes, capital D) that...
I would get good at golf so I could get into that friend circle.
I got a job at Silver Spring Country Club.
Yes, I got paid but the real value was FREE GOLF.
Everyday, I would play… and I mean everyday.
Get to work at 5:00am to open at 5:15 am.
Put in my 8 hours and was done by 1:00 pm.
I could eat lunch on site...
And then golf from 2:00 pm till dark (8-9pm).
And I got good, fast because…
I was motivated and committed.
Fast forward a bit, I made the golf team and...
I entered the “cool circle.”
But even then…
I had good friends but not true friendship.
However, I did learn a valuable life lesson…
Intention + Action = Magic
Happiness comes from within.
Back to point #1.
I’m not sure what socioeconomic class we were but I can tell you…
They had fancier stuff than we did.
Bigger houses, luxury cars, etc.
I saw that my “old neighborhood” wasn’t quite as nice as this new one.
I liked the nicer things.
This showed me that better was out there.
And that I could do better, too.
Out of these two points I learned several things.
1) Seeing what’s possible changes what you strive for.
2) Changing your life starts and ends from the same place…internally.
3) As I improve myself, I too can “level up” and become more powerful.
4) Knowing what you want, with consistent effort, makes it possible. (I+A=M)
With all that said...
Lets talk about where my profession comes in.
In “My Why” video I share why I became a healer…
More specifically, a chiropractor.
Briefly, I'll recap that here.
My grandfather, my role model, developed cancer.
And the medical doctors did what they knew how…
Yet it failed him.
I saw glaring gaps in their way of treating the human body.
They saw the human body as either- healthy or sick.
In this limited view their results were necessarily limited.
I saw chiropractic as a way to handle that enormous grey area.
Health is not merely the absence of disease.
So, I went off to Chiropractic school in Marietta, GA. (near Atlanta)
And I LOVED IT.
I learned sooooo much.
I experienced sooooo much
I learned about so many different cultures.
Picked up a little Spanish.
I learned how to dance salsa and bachata.
I now perform on stage with Werk Latin Dance Company
In front of hundreds of people…
Tossing my partner up in the air…
Catching them (important step).
Staying on time and tempo.
(I’m actually out of breathing just thinking about it)
I went skydiving.
...Don’t tell my mother.
I was an extra in a TV show.
Okay, so what’s my point?
Once I saw how good life could be...
I didn’t want to stop leveling up.
I wanted to keep on improving.
NOW comes the important part.
Chiropractic school taught me some stuff.
Got me a degree.
But that’s about it.
It did NOT make me a good healer.
So I searched and searched.
“Those who seek shall find.”
“Knock and the door will be opened.”
"When the student is ready the master will appear."
I found the healing master…
The creator of the Zone Technique.
I have spent every possible waking moment (just ask my girlfriend)
Studying, honing, mastering this technique.
With that same drive that got me on the golf team.
With that same passion that I found in Georgia during chiropractic school.
With that same immersion that allowed me to “level up.”
I am the highest possible level certification of the Zone Technique.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours in person and virtually…
Learning the ins and outs of…
What it truly takes to create healing.
Without the need of drugs…
Without the needs of supplements…
Without the need of surgery…
Without the need of technology…
Honing this timeless healing art.
I thank God everyday on my way home for the results we get.
Healing 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 year long health problems.
Getting people out of pain.
Getting people off medications.
Bringing people back to health and happiness.
I take no credit.
I’m standing on the shoulders of giants.
Maybe I’m trying to live up to the image of my grandfather.
Maybe I’m looking for the gratitude of helping others.
I don't know.
But what I do know is…
When we start working together...
I expect you to heal.
And I will do everything in my power to make that happen.
If this story resonated with you in anyway
Then give my office a call.
Let's get started building the health you need
So that you can live the life that you deserve.
